The weight and age values are the ones specified when the machine was started, however, these can be
modified.
After entering this information, press the START key at the bottom of the (Screen
34). The following screen will appear:
The top graph shows the speed that will occur during each interval.
It is possible to change the level by using the LEVEL▼▲ keys located at the bottom of the screen. By
changing the level, the speed graph changes. It is possible to change the incline level while exercising but
not the speed.
After selecting the desired level, press the START key and the program will begin with a 3 minute warm-
up at 4km/h. The exercise will start after this warm-up period, adjusting the speed accordingly.
SIMPLE INCLINE.-
This program consists of a training session for a time set by the user and with progressively established
incline levels set by the treadmill, it is not possible to change these levels.
Press the Workout Menu key while on (Screen 19). All of the
available programs will be displayed. After selecting Simple
Incline, (Screen 32) will appear, where you have to select a
time between 20 and 99 minutes and a level between 1 and 20.

Screen 35 displays two graphs, the top one shows the speed based on the value
entered in the previous screen and the bottom graph shows the incline levels that
will occur during the exercise.
It is possible to change the level on this screen by using the LEVEL▼▲ keys located at the bottom of the
screen. By changing the level, the inclination graph changes. It is possible to change the speed while
exercising but not the inclination.
The program begins with a 3 minute warm-up at 4km/h. The exercise session will begin after this warm-
up period by adjusting to the speed and incline values established on the set-up screen.
With this program it is possible to combine the exercise with any multimedia functions available on the
treadmill.
When the exercise finishes, either because you have reached the goal or because
you have pressed the STOP button, (Screen 13) will display a summary of the
values obtained during the exercise.
- FAT BURN
This program consists of a training session for a time set by the user during which the speed and incline
are constantly adjusted automatically to achieve more effective workout.
Press the Workout Menu key while on (Screen 19). All of the
available programs will be displayed. After selecting Fat Burn,
(Screen 32) will appear, where you have to select a time
between 20 and 99 minutes and a level between 1 and 20.
