12.- FAN:
This key switches the fan that is built into the monitor on and off.
13.- Incline
:
These keys can be used during exercise to increase or decrease the incline of the

machine from a low of 0.1% to a maximum of 15%.
14.- Speed - +:
These keys can be used during exercise to increase or decrease the speed in steps of
0.1 km/h, from a minimum of 0.8km/h up to a maximum of 25 km/h. (0.5 - 15 mph).
Apart from these keys, there are also these other menu keys (Screen
18) we can use prior to exercising.

PROGRAMS.-
This monitor has several preset programs that are described below:
Pressing the Programs key while on (Screen 2) displays the various programs.
1.- GOAL:
The exercise session will be based on previously established
targets.
Press the Target key on (Screen 19). The various goals will
be displayed. Press the desired one.
These goals are: Time (Screen 20), Distance (Screen 21), Calories (Screen 22).
- Time: Allows you to set a time for the exercise session. This can be set between
20 and 99 minutes.
- Distance: Allows you to set the distance to travel during the exercise session,
between a value of 1 to 100 kilometres.
- Calories: Allows you to choose the number of calories to burn during the exercise
session. This can be set between 40 and 9999 Cal.
Regardless of the type of goal you choose, all exercise sessions begin with a 3 minute warm-up at 4km/h.
During this time you cannot change the speed or the inclination.
Once the warm-up is completed, the program starts at an initial speed of 8 km/h and an incline of 0%.
It is possible to change the speed and incline during the exercise by using the corresponding keys.
It is also possible to combine the exercise with any multimedia functions available on the treadmill.
When the exercise finishes, either because you have reached your specified goal or because you have
pressed the STOP button, a 3 minute rest period begins during which the speed is gradually reduced
each minute, the exercise will be completed when this rest period ends and a screen displaying a
summary of the values obtained during exercise will be shown.
