A warranty card is included in the package containing the mounting legs (or in some situations the
casters). Fill out the warranty card, have it signed by the owner/operator and the installer. Include
the final location address, phone number, contact person, e-mail address and date that the unit was
placed into service to activate this warranty and enable periodic correspondence to be exchanged.
If the warranty post card is not returned, the manufacturer can elect to NOT honor the fryer
warranty terms. Fill out this page in the manual for reference.
