4.7.4 Ricomposizione gruppo cartuccia
•
Inserire l'asta del pompante (25) all'interno della custodia (35).

OTA
In entrambi i pompanti è presente un segmento di tenuta;
prima del montaggio verifi care che essi non siano usurati
o danneggiati, qualora sia necessario sostituirli. Prestare
la massima attenzione ed eventualmente aiutarsi con un
piccolo cacciavite a taglio per facilitare l'inserimento del
pistone del pompante nel tubetto-custodia. L'inserimento
del pistone deve avvenire senza interferenze.
•
Inserire la valvola di fondo (43) in maniera da scoprire la
sede del fi lo metallico (47).
•
Inserire l'anello metallico (47) di fermo verifi cando che sia
perfettamente inserito nell'apposita gola.
•
Portare in posizione la valvola di fondo spingendola
attraverso l'asta del pompante (25).
•
Installare nell'asta (25) utilizzando apposite pinze il seeger
inferiore (9B).
•
Inserire nell'asta del pompante il tampone di fondo (10).
•
Installare nell'asta (25) utilizzando apposite pinze il seeger
superiore (9A).
•
Montare l'anello metallico (50) e il guidamolla (23).
•
Avvitare a fondo il controdado (22) nell'estremità superiore
dell'asta (25).

4.7.4 Re-assembling the cartridge unit
•
Insert the piston rod (25) into the sleeve (35).

OTE
In both pumping elements there is a sealing segment; before
re-assembling make sure that it is not worn or damaged.
Replace if necessary. Take great care and if necessary use
a small fl at-tip screwdriver to help the piston of the pumping
element into the pumping element tube-sleeve. Insert the
piston without any interference.
•
Insert the bottom valve (43) making sure you can reach
the seat of the stop ring (47).
•
Mount the stop ring (47) checking that it fi tsperfectly into
its groove.
•
Place the bottom valve in position pushing it with the
pumping element rod (25).
•
Fit the lower Seeger (9B) in the rod (25) using special
pliers.
•
Fit the foot buffer (10) in the pumping element.
•
Fit the upper Seeger (9A) in the rod (25) using special
pliers.
•
Fit metal ring (50) and spring guide (23).
•
Tighten the locknut (22) on the top of rod (25).
