h) Setting the alarm time
• Briefly press the ▲ or ▼ buttons (3 or 5) repeatedly until the

i) Switching on/off and setting the pre-alarm
The pre-alarm sounds before the actual alarm time (W or S) if the outdoor sensor (only Channel
1) measures a temperature below 0 °C. The time for the pre-alarm can be set to 15, 30, 45, 60
and 90 minutes.
Example:
You set the alarm time to 06:00 and the pre-alarm to 45 minutes. If the outdoor sensor (Channel
1) measures a temperature below 0 °C at 5:15 am, the weather station issues a preliminary
alarm signal.
• First switch on an alarm (W or S) as described in chapter 12. g).
• Then select the pre-alarm and briefly press the ALARM button (9) repeatedly until PRE AL
appears on the display.
• Use the ▲ or ▼ buttons (3 or 5) to turn the pre-alarm on/off
If the pre-alarm is switched off, "OFF" is displayed.
When the pre-alarm is switched on, a time of 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes is displayed.
