• Press the TEMP./+ or BARO./- button to change the unit. There are three options: inHg (inches of
mercury), mmHg (millimetres of mercury) and hPa (hectopascals). Confirm your selection with the
SET button. The hemisphere setting will flash on the display.
• Press the TEMP./+ or BARO./- button to change the setting according to your location. Select "NHT"
for the northern hemisphere or "STH" for the southern hemisphere. Confirm your selection with the
SET button. The weather station then reverts to the home screen.
b) Setting the alarm time
• Press the ALARM button (3) to set the alarm. "ALM" will be displayed on the LCD.
• Press and hold the ALARM button. The hour value will start to flash and "ALM" will be displayed.
• Press the TEMP./+ (4) or BARO./- (2) button to change the hour value. Confirm your selection with
the SET button (1). The minute value will flash.
• Press the TEMP./+ or BARO./- button to change the minute value. Confirm your selection with the
SET button. "ON" or "OFF" will flash on the display to indicate whether the alarm is on or off.
c) Turning the alarm / frost alarm on and off
• Once you have finished setting the alarm time (see "Setting the alarm time"), "ON" or "OFF" will flash
on the display to indicate whether the alarm is on or off. Press the TEMP./+ (4) or BARO./- (2) button
to enable/disable the alarm. Confirm your selection with the SET button (1). The bell symbol (
displayed when the alarm is enabled. The frost alarm setting ("ICE") will appear on the display.
• Press the TEMP./+ or BARO./- button to enable/disable the frost alarm. Confirm your selection with

11. Functions

a) Outdoor sensor
• You may need to re-synchronise the outdoor sensor with the weather station if the connection
between the devices is interrupted.
• To re-synchronise the devices, press and hold the SET (1) and TEMP./+ (4) buttons for approximately
5 seconds.
• It may take several minutes for the connection to be re-established. Do not touch any buttons during
this time. Existing settings will not be affected.
• If the re-synchronisation process fails, reset the weather station by removing and reinserting the
batteries or reconnecting the power adapter. All settings (including min/max values) will be deleted.
