3. Intended use

This product is designed to display the time and date as well as the indoor/outdoor temperature
and indoor/outdoor humidity. The atmospheric pressure is also measured, and the pressure trend is
displayed on the LCD. The maximum/minimum temperature and humidity values for each day are
saved automatically. The phases of the moon are shown with schematic symbols. The time is set
automatically using a built-in DCF receiver in the outdoor sensor. Other features include a weather
forecast for the next few days, an alarm with a snooze function, and a frost warning. The temperature
can be displayed in °Celsius or °Fahrenheit.
The weather station is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g.
in bathrooms, must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use the
product for purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In addition,
improper use can cause hazards such as short circuiting, fire, and electric shock. Read the instructions
carefully and keep them. Make this product available to third parties only together with its operating
instructions.
