3. Intended Use

The radio wind meter is made up of a basis station with integrated LC display, a thermo/hygro sensor and a wind sen-
sor for wind speed and wind direction. The basis station is used to display the measured values.
The data measured by the thermo/hygro sensor and wind sensor are wirelessly transferred to the basis station.
The device also has an integrated digital clock with date and weekday display and an alarm function.
The power supply of the basis station and the thermo/hygro sensors is provided by two batteries of type AAA/Micro;
the wind sensor needs two batteries of type AA/Mignon (neither enclosed, can be ordered separately).
The basis station is intended for operation in dry, closed rooms. The thermo/hygro sensor and the wind sensor are s
intended for use in the outdoor area.
The safety notes and all other information in these operating instructions always have to be observed.
For reasons of safety and approval, the product must not be converted and/or changed by you. Using the product
for any other purposes than those described above may damage the product. Improper use also may cause dangers
such as short circuit, fire, etc. Read the operating instructions precisely and keep them. Only pass the product on to
any third parties together with the operating instructions.
