2. INTENDED USE

The radio weather station is a high-quality universal weather measuring device
that processes a great number of weather data and additional information and is
able to display both current values and forecasts.
All relevant data is displayed on the LC display at the same time; further data can
be called by pushing a button on demand.

For technical data, see chapter 21.
The weather forecasts of the basis station are only approximates. They are no ab-
solute forecasts. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for incorrect displays,
measured values or weather forecasts and their consequences.
The product is intended for private use; it is not suitable for medical use or informing
the public.
The parts of this product are no toys. They contain fragile and swallowable glass
and small parts, as well as batteries.
Put up all components so that they cannot be reached by children.
The product is operated with batteries.
The outdoor sensor submits its data to the basis station by radio in the 433 MHz
band (range of the external sensor up to 30 m in the free field).
Any other use than described above may damage the product and poses
additional dangers.
Read these operating instructions completely and attentively; they contain
a lot of important information on setup, function and operation.
