g) Finding Outdoor Sensor
When the basis station does not find the outdoor sensor(s) or if you have bought a
second or third outdoor sensor as an accessory and want to subsequently log it on
to the basis station, manual search for the available outdoor sensors can be started
at the basis station.
Proceed as follows:

When you use several outdoor sensors, check that each of them is set to a diffe-
rent transmission channel first.
The battery compartment of the outdoor sensor has a switch (21) to select the
transmission channel (1, 2 or 3).
Insert the batteries in the outdoor sensor only after choosing the transmission
channel, because switching of the channel will otherwise not be recognised.
Then check if the transmission channel (1, 2 or 3) is displayed correctly.

Start sensor search by keeping the button "CHANNEL" (11) pushed for 3 seconds
until a sound is issued.
The sensor search takes about 2 minutes. Do not push any button during this
time.
Because the outdoor sensor only emits measured data every 30 seconds, it
may take a while until the basis station display appears.
h) Displaying the MAX-/MIN-Values
Maximum- and minimum values for every one of the available outdoor sensors and
the basis station are stored separately.

When more than one outdoor sensor is logged on to the basis station, choose
the desired outdoor sensor (channel 1, 2 or 3) first by briefly pushing the button
"CHANNEL" (11).
Automatic switching between the outdoor sensors must be off (the arrow
symbol "

Briefly press the button "MAX/MIN" (8) to switch between:

Displaying the MAX-values

Displaying the MIN-values
—
Display of the current values

While a MAX or MIN value is displayed, you may choose a different outdoor
sensor with the button "CHANNEL" (11) to display its MAX and MIN values.
