2. Intended Use

This wireless alarm system set is designed to secure your belongings (e.g. for your apartment, house,
garage, holiday home, office etc).
In insurance terms these are referred to as „small" risks.
The wireless alarm system is not suitable for middle or high risks, as occur in securing businesses (e.g.
industrial buildings or production plants).
The alarm system wirelessly reports unlawful entry to the alarm control centre with the componentry
provided (wireless movement sensor, wireless door/window sensor, remote control) and/or via further
optionally available components (wireless movement sensor, wireless door/window sensor, remote
control, wireless panic button, wireless switching module, wireless water sensor). The alarm control
centre contains an internal alarm dialler which allows you to send an emergency telephone call in the
case of an alarm event (this requires an existing telephone line connection).
Power is supplied via the plug-in power unit included in the delivery. The 6 V/DC NIMH rechargeable
battery pack provided serves as a backup power supply and thus allows operation during interruptions in
the power supply. The sensors provided all work on battery power.
The alarm control centre and the radio/door sensor(s) may only be operated in closed dry interior
settings. The remote control must not get damp or wet.
The wireless movement sensor is suitable for operation in interior settings and „protected" exterior
areas.
Any use other than the one described above is inadmissible and damages this product. Furthermore,
there are dangers such as fire, short circuit, electric shock etc..
All the components in the complete set may not be adjusted or modified.
