Remove the entire fl ame unit (19) from the fi replace
(situation U);
Remove the 4 parkers from the rear of the fl ame unit
(19) in order to separate the top part from the bottom
part (situation V).

10.3 Installing the components

The component numbers contained in the description of this
appliance are explained in the Annex along with an image of the
specifi ed article.
The situations mentioned in the description refer to the image
contained in the previous paragraph.
Remove the 4 parkers from the rear of the fl ame unit
(19) in order to install the top part on the bottom part
(situation V).
Place the entire fl ame unit (19) back in the fi replace
(situation U);
Fix the 3 parkers for installing the fl ame unit (19) in the
cabinet (14) (situation T);
Fix the 3-pole connector of the roll motor (18)
(situation S);
Fix the IR connector to the main PCB (situation R);
Fix the 3 left fl at cables (situation Q);
Ensure that the extreme right cable (see numbe-
ring in the photo) is connected to the extreme left
connection on the main PCB. The extreme left ca-
ble will be connected to the 3rd connection from
the left (see numbering in the photo). The centre
cable will be connected to the centre connection
on the main PCB.
Attention: if you connect the cables wrongly,
this will affect the fl ame image!
Use 4 parkers to install the entire heating bed profi le
(16) in the fi replace (situation P);
Position both the supports of the effect glass sheet
(8 and 9) in the fi replace on the left and right side of the
heating bed profi le (16);
Position the entire heating unit (13) in the fi replace in
such a manner that the heat outlet (12 – Fig. G) can
carefully rest on the heating bed (fi gure H and I)
(situation O);
Fix the 2 red wires and the long thick blue wire to the
heating element and the thin blue wire and the orange
wire to the fan motor (situation O);
Use 3 parkers to install the touch-protection container
(15) on the heating unit (13) (situation N);
