Procedimiento de afilado:
► Remove the grass catcher, tilt the machine on to the right side and prop it up using suitable supports. It is
recommended to invite another person to help with tilting the machine in order to prevent damaging a part of the
machine or an injury.
► Unscrew both blades and clean them.
► First sharpen with a grinder and then with a file.
6.3.6a
► On the 110 cm three-blade mowing deck each pair of blades is fastened using 3 bolts (blades are not equipped with
break pins). We recommend that you mark the blades before removing them to avoid problems when putting them
back.

► EQUILIBRADO DE LAS CUCHILLAS
Preste mucha atención a nivelar y equilibrar las cuchillas. La vibración de las cuchillas que no están niveladas o equilibradas puede

equilibrado. Cuando balancee por amolado, no acorte el largo de la cuchilla. El desequilibro
estático permitido no puede exceder los 2 g.

► SUSTITUCIÓN DE CUCHILLAS
Si, por el uso frecuente, las cuchillas están dañadas, no podrán equilibrarse ni afilarse debidamente y deberá sustituirlas de
inmediato. Proceda del siguiente modo:

► Screw on the new blades. During installation, ensure that the bend of the blades points upwards into the mowing deck body. Do
not interchange the left and right blades. The right blade has a bolt with a left thread.
► Carefully tighten the fastening bolts using a torque wrench using the prescribed tightening torque of

Si las cuchillas se golpean contra un obstáculo sólido, detenga de inmediato el motor y compruebe las cuchillas. Los

Cuando manipule las cuchillas de corte, utilice siempre guantes de protección para trabajos pesados.
Utilice siempre cuchillas recomendadas por el fabricante o el proveedor del tractor cortacésped. El uso de cuchillas
y/o piezas de ajuste no recomendadas podría causar resultados inadecuados de corte, daños a la máquina y, en el caso de
que se desprendieran durante el funcionamiento, lesiones a personas.
6.3.7 PLATAFORMA DE CORTE - INSPECCIÓN Y EQUILIBRADO
Para obtener los mejores resultados de corte, la plataforma de corte debe estar puesta a la altura de corte correcta, y ambos lados
de la plataforma tienen que estar nivelados.
Antes de efectuar el ajuste:
