128. Remove the engine from the mounts. Use a drill and
11/64-inch (4.5mm) drill bit to drill the holes for the
engine mounting screws.
 Remove the mounts and use a drill press
when drilling the holes in the engine mount.
129. Place an M4 washer on each of the M4 x 30 screws.
Insert the four screws through the mounting holes in the
engine and through the holes in the mount.
130. Place a drop of threadlock on each screw. Slide an M4
washer on each screw, then the M4 nut. Use a 7mm nut
driver and #2 Phillips screwdriver to install the M4 nuts
that secure the engine to the engine mount.
131. Prepare and mount the throttle servo in the fuselage.
132. Remove the servo arm from the throttle servo. Thread the
screw into the hole on the servo arm as indicated in the
engine instruction manual.

133. Place a drop of threadlock on the screw, then install the
M2 nut to secure the connector. The servo arm can then
be reinstalled on the servo.
134. Center the throttle stick and trim. Place the servo arm on
the throttle servo perpendicular to the servo centerline.
Remove any arms that will not be used from the servo
arm.
135. Slide a clevis retainer (silicone tubing) over the nylon
clevis. Thread the clevis on the 231/2-inch (570mm)
pushrod wire. Slide the wire into the pushrod tube, then
connect the clevis to the carburetor throttle arm. Slide
the clevis retainer over the forks of the clevis to secure
its position.
136. Slide the pushrod wire through the connector on the
servo. Close the carburetor and move the throttle stick to
low throttle. Tighten the setscrew to secure the pushrod
wire in the connector. Cut the excess pushrod wire using
side cutters.
137. Fit the spinner backplate to the motor. It may be
necessary to enlarge the hole in the backplate to fi t the
propeller shaft. Secure the propeller using the hardware
included with the engine. Use a 7/16-inch box wrench to
tighten the nut.
