For total reset proceed as follows:
Switch instrument off.
Press ZERO and ON/OFF buttons simultaneously.
Display indication: „Sure to reset?"
Press red button for YES or blue button for NO.
The instrument will restart automatically.
BACKLIGHT ILLUMINATION
Permanent backlight must be switched on via >MENU>>BACKLIGHT>>> ON/OFF . For occasional back-
light in measuring mode press blue button to switch on.
LCD STATISTICS
In menu system mode >OPTIONS>>LCD Statistic following statistics indication can be selected: ave-
rage value (AVG), maximum value (MAX), minimum value (MIN) and standard deviation (Sdev.) When a
measurement has been carried out display shows following data:
DIR
NFe
101 μm
NO=1
MIN=101
In the menu all values for the current group will be displayed via >STATISTICS VIEW. (The values of
direct measurements will not be displayed).
In the menau all measurements of the current group will be displayed via >MEASUREMENT VIEW.
AUTOMATIC POWER-OFF
In order to save battery power instrument will switch off automatically after 3 min. without keypad
touch. This function can be switched off as follows: >OPTIONS >> AUTO POWER OFF >>>DISABLE.

WORKING MODES

The instrument offers two working modes:
DIRECT
GRO1..4
DIRECT MODE
For quick occasional readings. In this mode, individual readings will be stored to memory provisionally.
When instrument is switched off or switched to GROUP mode all readings will be cleared. But the
statistcs values will not be changed until new measurement readings are taken.
