GENERAL

MEASURING PRINCIPLES
For measurements on magnetic metals the instrument works on the basis of magnetic induction princi-
ple; for measurements of non-magnetic metals on the basis of eddy current principle.
Direct mode for simple quick occasional measurements. Single values are not saved but it provides
statistical analysis program. Evaluation of 80 readings
Group mode permits measurement and storage of readings in a free programmable memory. A maxi-
mum of 320 readings and 4 series of measurements can be analyzed according to various statistical
criteria.
PROBE
The probe is spring-mounted in the probe sleeve. This ensures safe and stable positioning and constant
contact pressure. A V-groove in the sleeve allows readings even on small cylindrical parts.
For measurements hold the probe with the spring-mounted sleeve and set it on the measuring object.
