Ruotare l'albero e verificare che la

ventola possa ruotare liberamente e
non sfreghi contro il boccaglio.
Controllare che tutte le viti siano serra-
●
te correttamente.
Dove presenti i cuscinetti con sistema
●
di chiusura a collare eccentrico, verifi-
care che l'anello di chiusura sia serrato
correttamente.
Controllare che la ventola non si
●
muova assialmente sull'albero. Verifi-
care che i grani del mozzo siano serra-
ti correttamente.
4.5. AVVIO DEL
VENTILATORE
Avviare il ventilatore.
●
Verificare che la ventola ruoti nel
●
senso indicato dalla freccia presente
sul ventilatore.
Verificare che le vibrazioni e il rumore
●
generati dal ventilatore siano nella
norma.
Controllare che i valori di tensione e
●
corrente assorbita siano corretti e non
superiori ai valori di targa del motore.
5. MANUTENZIONE
La manutenzione dell'unità ventilante
deve essere effettuata da personale
esperto ed adeguatamente addestrato.
Non iniziare alcuna operazione di ma-
nutenzione e/o controllo senza aver
prima scollegato l'apparecchiatura dal-
l'alimentazione elettrica e aver atteso
che le parti in movimento si siano fer-
mate.
CHIUDERE EVENTUALI SERRANDE A
MONTE E A VALLE DEL VENTILATORE
PER EVITARE UNA EVENTUALE ROTA-
ZIONE INDOTTA DALLA CORRENTE
D'ARIA.
Per i ventilatori serie ATEX, non eseguire
alcun intervento di manutenzione in pre-
senza di atmosfera potenzialmente
esplosiva.
Nelle prime due ore di funzionamento:
Dopo l'installazione l'unità ventilante deve
essere tenuta sotto controllo per almeno
due ore dall'entrata in funzione per accer-
tarsi che non vi siano vibrazioni o rumori
anomali e che i valori di tensione e corren-
te assorbita siano corretti e comunque
non superiori ai valori di targa indicati sul
motore. Se necessario tendere nuova-
mente le cinghie per compensare l'allun-
gamento iniziale.
Dopo le prime 24 ore di funzionamento:
Eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
controllare e, se necessario, riallineare
●
le pulegge e tendere nuovamente le
cinghie;
controllare il corretto serraggio delle
●
viti;
verificare il serraggio dei cuscinetti sul-
●
l'albero;
controllare che la ventola possa ruotare
●
liberamente, non sfreghi contro il boc-
caglio e non si muova lungo l'albero.

Rotate the shaft and verify that the
●
impeller can move freely and that it
does not come in contact with the inlet
cone.
The screws must be tightened.
●
The bearings must be locked correctly.
●
The impeller must not move on the
●
shaft. The set screw of the hub must
be tightened.
4.5. STARTING
THE FAN
Switch on the power.
●
Verify that the impeller rotates in the
●
direction of the arrow moulded on the
housing or indicated in the label.
Check if vibration and noise are nor-
●
mal.
Tension and absorbed power values
●
must be in accordance with the data of
the fan/motor rating plate.
5. MAINTENANCE
Maintenance of the fan equipment should
only be carried out by skilled and ade-
quately trained staff.
To ensure complete safety do not start
any maintenance procedure or inspec-
tion without disconnecting the unit
from the power supply and before the
fan and motor have completely stop-
ped rotating.
CLOSE ANY INLET OR OUTLET DAM-
PER TO AVOID A ROTATION OF THE
IMPELLER DUE TO INDUCED AIR-
FLOW.
For Atex fans, do not begin any mainte-
nance operation in an explosive atmo-
sphere.
During the first two working hours:
After the initial installation the fan should
be observed during the following two
hours to ensure no excessive vibrations,
abnormal noises, excessive absorbed
power.
If necessary, adjust belt tensioning to
compensate the initial tension decrease.
After the first 24 working hours:
Run the following operations:
check and, if necessary, re-align the
●
pulleys and re-tension the belts;
check the correct tightening of the
●
screws (see the table below);
check the locking of the bearings on
●
the shaft;
check that the impeller can move freely
●
and that it does not come in contact with
the inlet cone, or that it doesn't move
along the shaft.
