• Do not install or use this child restraint until
you read and understand all the instructions
in this manual and the labels on the product.
To avoid serious injuries to your child, follow
the instructions and the labels on the product
carefully. Keep the instruction manual in the
storage for future reference.
• This child restraint meets or exceeds all
applicable Canada Motor Vehicle Safety
Standard 213, 213.1 requirements for use in
motor vehicles and aircraft and 213.2 for use
in motor vehicles.
• When using this child restraint in rear
facing mode, never place it in vehicle seats
equipped with an active air bag. Death or
serious injuries can occur if an air bag hits the
child restraint. Check your vehicle owner's
manual for child restraint and vehicle seat
compatibility.
• When using this child restraint on vehicle
seats equipped with side air bags, refer to your
vehicle's owner manual for child restraint and
vehicle seat compatibility.
• Use this child restraint in rear facing mode
with vehicle belt with children weighing 2.3 –
18 kg (5 – 40 lbs) and with UAS with children
weighing 2.3-16 kg (5-35 lbs) and having a
maximum height of 119 cm (47 inches);
in forward facing mode with vehicle belt
with children weighing in the range 10 –
29.5 kg (22 – 65 lbs) and with UAS with
children weighing 10-18 kg (22-40 lbs)
and having a maximum height of 125 cm
(49 inches).
• This child restraint is designed to be used
in passenger vehicles. According to crash
statistics, children are safer when properly
restrained in the rear seating positions.
It is not designed for use on three-wheel
vehicles or motor bikes.
• In case of a crash: if this child restraint
is involved in a minor crash, you may
continue to use it. Otherwise, it must

• This child restraint is designed to be
installed on front facing vehicle seats only.
Never use on seats looking sideways or

conjunction with a top tether available in
