KINETIC PODS
Kinetic pods are moving parts designed to
reduce crash forces in a side collision. To open
the kinetic pod turn the knob (a) until it stops
moving out (b). To close the pod, rotate in the
a
opposite direction.

Make sure that the pod located on the door
side is fully opened at all times.
Make sure that the pod located on the facing
the inside of the vehicle side is fully closed, in
order to prevent injuries in case of a crash or
a sudden unexpected movement of the seat.
Make sure that both pods are closed when
the seat is stored or not installed.
