Installing The Child Restraint In A Vehicle
FORWARD FACING MODE PREPARATION
IMPORTANT! Make sure to turn into the forward
facing mode only when the child reaches 10 kg
weight (22 lbs) .

Turn the seat in forward-facing mode following
the procedure at page 16.
Take the top tether strap out of its compartment

and prepare it following the procedure at page 21.
Place Child Restraint forward facing on the
vehicle seat.
Locate the level line on the base of the child
restraint. Level the line to the ground, and if
necessary, place a rolled towel or a pool noodle
on the vehicle seat to obtain the proper angle
parallel to the ground.
Once the line is properly leveled, the child
restraint can be adjusted in any of the six
positions. The resulting backrest angle will
be between 25° and 45° as indicated in the
illustration.
