Installing The Child Restraint In A Vehicle
REAR FACING INSTALLATION USING
UAS
Take the latch strap out of the compartment
under the seat following instruction on pages
18-20. Attach the connectors to the anchor (a
- click) on both sides. Push on the seat (b) and
at the same time pull the free end of the latch
strap (c); let the free end of the strap through
the opening so that it is oriented parallel to
the LATCH strap as shown in the picture. Put
the upholstery back in place. The seat is ready
for use.
IMPORTANT! WEIGHT AND HEIGHT LIMITS:
do not install by this method for a child
weighing more than 16 kg (35 pounds).
IMPORTANT! ANGLE CHANGE: Check the
angle of the backrest. If a change in position
is necessary, change the angle to the desired
position following instruction at page 22,
making sure that the seat clicks in one of the
available position (1to 6).
A secure child restraint will not move more
than 1 inch near the seat belt anchors.
