TIP
Use a rubber spatula to scrape down sides of pitcher,

DIRECTIONS
1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Stir together
cinnamon and 50 g sugar in a small bowl
and set aside.
2 Install the dough blade in the 2.1 L
Pitcher, then add remaining 200 g sugar,
butter, and egg. Select DOUGH and

3 When program is complete, add salt,
baking soda, and flour to the pitcher.
Select DOUGH and press /. If more
mixing is needed, run on Speed 2
until combined.
4 When program is complete, roll dough
into 2.5 cm balls, coat evenly with
cinnamon-sugar mixture, and place
on a cookie sheet.
5 Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until
golden brown.
