The lifting unit SANICUBIC 1 FRK has been prepared by the factory for using the lower
inlet (DN 100 in inlet height 180 mm). If other inlets are used, the factory setting of the
control must be changed accordingly to the values in below table. ÄOperating manual

6.3 Carrying out a test run
1. w The inspection cover is opened after activating the mains voltage.
2. w The valves in the inlet and on the pressure side have to be fully opened.
3. w On the control ZPS 1, press the button "AUTO"
4. w The collecting tank is filled via the normal inlet (washbasin, toilet et cetera) until the
pump switches on. After switching on the pump, stop the water inlet.
5. w The plant must automatically switch on, pump the tank empty and switch off again.
6. w After switching off, no water may flow from the pressure line back into the tank.
7. w At the end of the pumping process, the tank should be almost empty, with the pump
having operated only very briefly in snore mode.
8. w Check that the end of the dynamic pressure pipe is free. It must not submerge in
water (display on the control: 0 cm). The dynamic pressure pipe must be ventilated
during every pump-off process. If the end of the dynamic pressure pipe is still in wa-
ter when stopping the pump, the installation of the control line should be checked.

9. w Only in case the pump does not get into the snore mode at the end of the pump-off
process (loud noise of the pump), the run-on time has to be extended in the param-

10. w Check switch-on and switch-off points at least twice.
11. w The test run is completed when closing the inspection cover.
