5.5.2 Pressure line with the SANICUBIC 1 FRK 3.0

The sewage check valve, which is required according to pertinent regulations, has to be
mounted with the lifting unit SANICUBIC 1 FRK 3.0 in the form of a supplied ball-type
check valves in grey-cast iron.
5.5.2.1 Putting on the ball check valve
SANICUBIC 1 FRK
1. w Lay the supplied seal ring (O-Ring DN 100) into
the groove of the pressure outlet of the collecting
tank.
2. w Insert the threaded bolt (M16x60) into hole 1
3. w Put on the supplied ball check valve. While doing
so, arrange the holes/threaded hole congruently.
4. w Screw the nut (M16) on the threaded bolt 1.
5. w Screw in the 3 screws M16x40 and
tighten the 4 screw connections equally cross-
wise.
6. w Put the flange seal DN 100 on the connection
flange of the ball check valve.
7. w Put on the adapter flange. While doing so, ar-
range the holes/threaded holes congruently.
8. w Create screw connections with 4 screws M16x90
and
4 nuts M 16 between the shut-off valve and
adapter flange and equally tighten crosswise.
