5.5.2.1 Optional shut-off valve in the pressure line

The shut-off valve on the pressure side is not included in scope of delivery. The suitable
shut-off valve with an overall length of 190 mm has the article number 10649. The mount-
ing kit (in V2A design) for the shut-off valve has the article number 20741.

1. w Put the flange seal (DN 100) between the ball
check valve and the shut-off valve.
2. w Insert the threaded bolt (M16x80) into hole 1 of
the valve and secure it on the valve side with
one nut (M16)
3. w Put on the shut-off valve. Arrange the holes
congruently
4. w Screw the nut (M16) on the threaded bolt from
below
5. w Screw in the 3 screws M16x60 and
tighten the 4 screw connections equally cross-
wise.
6. w Put the flange seal DN 100 on the connection
flange of the shut-off valve.
7. w Put on the adapter flange. While doing so, ar-
range the holes/threaded holes congruently.
8. w Create screw connections with 4 screws M16x90
and
4 nuts M 16 between the shut-off valve and
adapter flange and equally tighten crosswise.
