5.5.1 Pressure line with the SANICUBIC 1 FRK 1.1 and 1.5

The sewage check valve, which is required according to pertinent regulations, is inte-
grated in the lifting unit SANICUBIC 1 FRK 1.1 and 1.5 in the form of a check valve on
the part of the building site.

Using an adapter flange (article no. 11933) enables the connection of a pressure line DN
90 (pipe ends ø 85 - 90 mm).
SANICUBIC 1 FRK
The adapter flange enables elastic connection of the
pipeline in DN 100 on the part of the building site (pipe
ends ø 108 -116 mm)
1. w Lay the supplied seal ring (O-Ring DN 100) into
the groove of the pressure outlet of the collecting
tank.
2. w Put on the adapter flange and position it so that
the holes of the flange match the threaded holes
in the collecting tank.
3. w Hand-tighten the four screws M 16 x 60.
4. w Equally tighten the screws crosswise.
The pressure line is connected to the adapter flange by
means of flexible pipe coupling.
1. w Slide the pipe coupling over the adapter flange.
2. w Using a hose clamp, fix the pipe coupling and
tighten the hose clamp.
3. w Insert the pressure line into the pipe coupling.
4. w Fix the pressure line with pipe clamps and/or
consoles, for example, so that it does not sit on
the adapter piece of the lifting unit. The weight of
pipeline must not be "borne" by the lifting unit. A
flexible connection is ensured when a distance of
approx. 2 cm exists between the line end of the
pressure line and the adapter nozzle of the lifting
unit.
5. w Fix and tighten the second pipe clamp in the area
of the pressure line.
