What should I do if the trailer makes sudden
movements during manoeuvring?
» The battery of the remote control is nearly flat. Please
install a new battery.
» The distance between the receiver unit and the remote
control is too far. Please get closer to the receiver unit.
What should I do if the iMC no longer responds?
» The overload protection function has tripped. The
electronics switch off if the load is too great. Perform a
reset according to the instructions in Annex A2.
» The temperature monitoring of the base station has
tripped. Wait for a cooling time to elapse and perform a
reset according to the instructions in Annex A2.
» The electrical power supply is too low. The trailer battery
must be recharged or renewed.
What should I do if the iMC moves in the
opposite direction to the symbols on the
remote control?
» The electronics are not connected as shown in the
connection diagram. (Fig. 5.a/5.b)
What should I do if the iMC pulls to one side
whilst manoeuvring?
» The distance between the drive roller and tyre is not the
same on both sides.
» The tyres have different pressures or the weight
distribution is not even.
» The jockey wheel on the drawbar is possibly defective.
Check the jockey wheel.

Warranty
The warranty
The warranty is in accordance with statutory requirements.
Warranty claims should be through your dealer, as your
contractual partner.
The warranty does not cover:
» natural wear and tear,
» use of non-genuine BPW parts,
» failure to comply with the manufacturer's installation and
operating instructions,
» incorrect handling,
» incorrect transport.
Asserting warranty claims
If you have a warranty claim, please contact your dealer.
Limited liability
The warranty does not apply in case of incorrect use,
installation or repair; also, the warranty does not apply
to damage caused by normal wear and tear.
Any modification/change to the iMC will render all
warranty claims null and void.
