• After cleaning, assemble all elements in the inverse disassembly order. Make sure
that all parts are correctly adjusted and secured.
• When placing the peel ejector (Fig. 9), make sure that the paddle fits properly into
the slot of the lower pressing unit, and also into its peel ejector holder.
• To assemble the blade support unit and mount it in the machine:
- Mount the twirler blade in the support by placing it vertically in the support so that
the marks on the blade and support coincide, and then flip the blade downwards.
- Insert the blade block in the position
- Mount the blade-support unit in the machine and turn the selector anti-clockwise
to position .
• Do not forget to clean regularly the fruit feeder system (Fig. 10), as otherwise a wax
layer could be formed which is difficult to remove . Do this as follows:
1- Disconnect the machine from the mains.
2- Pull the ramp upward to remove it.
3- Remove the feeder door pulling to the indicated direction (Fig. 10).
4- If necessary, in case they are very dirty, remove the counterweight and the
dispenser (Fig. 11).
5- Clean the complete area and the disassembled parts with a soft cloth,
dampened with water and soap suitable for tableware. Next, rinse with water
to ensure there is no soap.
6- Assemble all elements in the inverse disassembly order.
REMEMBER:
• Do not place the front cover or the piston &
rubber ring of the faucet in the dishwasher. It can
be cleaned with a soft cloth and soapy water. Do
not use abrasive products or lime protection
products.
