BIKE SETUP FOR OPTIMAL
COMFORT AND SAFETY
HANDLEBAR HEIGHT
• For Beginners: Prioritize comfort when determining the handlebar height. Set the handlebars at a
level where you can reach them comfortably, and your elbows have a slight bend. This position is ideal
for novice riders as it minimizes strain and discomfort.
• As You Gain Experience: As you become more experienced, consider positioning the handlebars at
approximately the same height as the seat. This advanced placement promotes engaging all your
muscle groups effectively during your workout.
• Regardless of your experience level, it's vital to maintain a strong core engagement and avoid bending
your back to ensure proper posture and prevent discomfort or strain during your cycling session.
HANDLEBAR DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
• The handlebar depth is adjustable to suit your comfort preferences.
• Ensure that your arms are extended comfortably with a slight, relaxed bend, and keep your shoulders
