Parents (or caretakers) are obliged to instruct the child on an appropriate and safe use of the
bicycle before the first ride. Attention should by paid mainly to information on safe use of brake
levers of front and rear shoe-brake and on the use of rear back-pedal brake (torpedo).
Parents (or caretakers) must take care of a good technical state of the bicycle as well as its correct
set-up – attention should be paid mainly to correct height of the saddle and the handlebars for
safe riding.
If a bicycle is equipped with auxiliary side wheels, consider that an extensive incline of the bicycle
(uneven road etc.) may result in bicycle turn-over and child injury.
WARNING
As with all mechanical components, the bicycle is subjected to wear and high stresses.
Different materials and components may react to wear or stress fatigue in different ways.
If the design life of component has been exceeded, it may suddenly fail possibly causing
injuries to the rider. Any form of crack, scratches or change of colouring in highly stressed
areas indicate that the life of the component has been reached and it should be replaced.
When replacing single parts of the bicycle, use only original components.
All the colors on KELLYS bicycles are using UV protection coating to make color saturation as
stable as possible. Type of UV protection may vary depending on the material where colors are
used. Please note, that despite these maximum precautions against UV radiation colors may
change their tone or fade. Do not store KELLYS bicycles on places where they can be exposed to
direct sunlight and thus UV radiation. These precautions can lengthen color tones stability.
Changes in color saturation and possible fading are not considered as product defect.

WARRANTY
Retailer provides warranty for this bike 24 months from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Warranty period is prolonged for the time of warranty service. During warranty coverage, all
defects in material, workmanship or assembly will be repaired free of charge.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DEFECTS CAUSED BY:
• user - damage of the product by an unprofessional assembly (insufficient insertion of the
seatpost into the frame, and the headset into the fork, insufficient pedal tighteness in crank
arms), wrong use and maintainance failure (untightened crank arms to the bottom bracket
axle, inappropriate storage), damage caused by accident, non-professional repair, wrong
using of the bike, damage caused by change of original components, other technical
intervention to the bike's frame;
• common wear of rubber parts of the bicycle (tires, inner tube, brake pads, rubber seals);
• common wear of the rubber seals and bushings of the suspension units of the bicycle
mechanical damage – a wear during normal use of the bike (a wear of the chain, cassette, grips,

paint damage).
