A loss of the stability of the drive reduces the safety of the entire system. An
unsafe foundation can lead to the drive tipping over / breaking out or sinking.
This can cause personal injury and damage to property.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR HAZARD AVOIDANCE
• The ground for mounting the drive must be firm, stable and frost-free.
• The foundation must be of sufficient size to prevent it from erupting. For
the required dimensions, refer to the manufacturer's dimensional
specifications.
• The drive must be correctly aligned with the door run
• The foundation must be sufficiently hardened before mounting the
drive!
A concrete foundation or steel construction of at least 800 x 500 mm is
required for the drive portal / drive portal 800i, and a concrete foundation or
steel construction of at least 400 x 300 mm, each at a frost-free depth (in
Germany = min. 80 cm deep), is required for the entry post.
ATTENTION
An unsafe foundation can cause damage!
