The Belfox drive portal / drive portal 800i forms a complete assembly unit
including all pre-assembled safety devices.
The safety devices are standard:
• 4 safety contact strips (secondary closing edges)
• 1 safety contact strip (main closing edge)
• 1 light barrier, consisting of transmitter and receiver
• 1 radio transmission system for the moving main closing edge
• 1 emergency stop button
• 2 key switches
The drive portal consists of two stable aluminium columns, in which houses the
geared motor, the motor control unit with power-saving transformer and the
additional terminal box. Furthermore an inlet column is included in the scope of
delivery.
The operator can be opened through the lockable inspection door.This allows
access to the gear motor and the control unit. Furthermore, a separate terminal
box is installed in the drive column at a comfortable working height, which offers
sufficient space for clamping additional devices (special accessory). All safety
devices and operating elements are pre-wired or hidden together in advance.
Only the transmitter of the light barrier must be connected to the 24Volt power
supply of the control unit in the entry post with a 2-wire cable, this is also
protected against reverse polarity.
The drive is pre-assembled ready to plug in (230Volt). Only the pre-assembled
earthed socket is connected by the customer. You must insert the Schuko plug
into the Schuko socket and the system is ready for operation.
The drive unit can be adjusted in height and adapted to the gear rack using a
ratchet or suitable key.
The height adjustment must not be carried out with a cordless screwdriver or
a similar tool!
