Orientieren Sie sich bei den benötigten Maßen an die Abmessungsangaben des Herstellers Die Fundamente oder die Konsolen sollten etwas höher als das umgebene Niveau liegen und müssen eben gearbeitet sein, damit die Pfosten verwindungsfrei montiert werden können.

Page 31 WARNUNG Quetschgefahr an den Schließkanten Während der Torfahrt können Gliedmaßen und Finger zwischen dem Tor und der Hauptschließkante sowie den Nebenschließkanten eingequetscht oder zerquetscht werden! SICHERHEITSANWEISUNG ZUR GEFAHRENVERMEIDUNG • Greifen Sie während das Tor sich bewegt nicht an die Haupt- oder an die Nebenschließkanten.
Page 32 21.3. Probelauf mit Motorsteuerung 47-21-0 Schieben Sie das Tor per Hand in die Stellung „Mitte“ und verriegeln (mittels Notentriegelung) das Tor. Betätigen Sie den Impulstaster auf der Motorsteuerplatine und lassen das Tor mittels des Antriebs laufen. Kontrollieren Sie die Endlagen. Durch Verschieben der Dauermagnete können Sie die Endlagen regulieren.

Page 37 24.3. Lichtschranke 6013-EA 24.3.1. Montage Beginnen Sie, indem Sie die optisch/elektronischen Baugruppen aus den Aufputzgehäusen herausnehmen (s. Abb. 1). Dazu die 4 Befestigungsschrauben der Frontblende (Pos. 1) herausschrauben und die Frontblende abnehmen. Nun die 3 Befestigungsschrauben auf der darunter liegenden Montageplatte ausschrauben.
Page 38 Für den Betrieb des Senders benötigen Sie ein 2-poliges Anschlusskabel (max. 0,5 mm²) für die Betriebsspannung, welche an den Klemmen 1 und 2 angelegt wird. Bei Verwendung von Gleichspannung muss auf die richtige Polarität (s. Abb. 2). geachtet werden Abb.2 Für den Betrieb des Empfängers benötigen Empfänger Sie ein 4-poliges Anschlusskabel.
Page 39 Um die horizontale Lage der Geräte einzustellen, drehen Sie an der Schraube mit der Bezeichnung "ORIZ". Für die vertikale Lage drehen Sie an der Schraube mit der Bezeichnung "VERT". Zur Kontrolle der richtigen Einstellung der Geräte befindet sich eine rote LED am Empfänger. Die LED leuchtet bei unterbrochenem Lichtstrahl.
Page 40 24.4. Lichtschranke 6013-E 24.4.1. Funktionsbeschreibung Die Einweglichtschranke 6013-E wurde speziell zum direkten Einbau in Profilgehäuse konstruiert. Aufgrund des großen Öffnungswinkels besteht auch eine sichere Funktion bei montagebedingten Winkelabweichungen. Mit der Bauform M25x1,5 entspricht sie den standardisierten Abmessungen von Kabelverschraubungen. Bei der Montage mit Dichtung kann die hohe Schutzart der Gehäusekonstruktion erhalten werden.
