12 Resetting the network settings
Follow the instructions below in case you need to reset the network settings of Robotino 4.0.
1. Starting the system
Start Robotino 4.0 by holding down the power button on the control unit for about 3 seconds.
The startup process takes up to 60 seconds.
2. Resetting the access point
Reset the access point to the factory settings.
Refer to the original manual of the access point for instructions on resetting the access point to the
factory settings.

3. Loading the backup file
Log in to the access point and download the ROx.bin backup file.
You can find the backup file in the Info Portal under MPS/Software/Applications.

Note
Note that resetting the network settings also changes the network name (SSID) of Robotino 4.0.
After loading the backup file, change the network name as indicated on the Robotino rating plate.
