Robotino 4.0 Mobile Robot System
2. Starting the system
Start Robotino 4.0 by holding down the blue power button on the control unit for about 3 seconds.
The startup process takes up to 60 seconds.
3. Connecting the system
Robotino 4.0 connects to the network via the built-in access point.
By default, the network name (SSID) of the access point as well as the IP address coincide with the
information on the rating plate of Robotino 4.0. The rating plate is located on the chassis of Robotino
4.0. Connect your mobile device, laptop or desktop computer to the Robotino network (e.g.,
Robotino.400.064). The network is secured with the password robotino. Enter the password when
prompted to do so. It may take some time to establish the initial connection (up to 90 seconds).
Open an Internet browser and enter the IP address of the controller of Robotino 4.0. The Robotino Web
Interface is launched. The default IP address (192.168.0.1) can also be found on the rating plate.
4. Testing the system
To test the system, go to the Programs page in the Web Interface. Open one of the demo programs.
Alternatively, you can specify the movement of Robotino 4.0 on the Control page.
Make sure that Robotino 4.0 has enough space to travel.
5. Switching off the system
Hold down the power button on Robotino 4.0 for about 3 seconds to switch off the system.
