CHLORIDE LINEAR Plus/RM
• Since new batteries often do not provide full capacity after an initial
charge it may be necessary to carry out a number of discharge/recharge
cycles before optimum performance is achieved.
• In order to protect the environment batteries must be disposed of in
accordance with the regulations governing disposal of toxic and harmful
waste.
Repackaging
To re-pack, proceed as follows:
Do not pack the equipment until at least six hours have elapsed since
the last recharge.
Place the equipment in bags made of a material sufficiently porous to
allow it to breathe (e.g. 100µm polyethylene).
Do not remove air from the packaging.

The Linear Plus/RM devices conform to the following European directives:
Directive of the council for adaptation of the legal regulations of the member

states regarding electrical equipment for use within specific voltage limits,

modified by directive 93/68/EEC.

Directive of the council for adaptation of the legal regulations of the member
EEC
states regarding electromagnetic compatibility, modified by directive 91/
263/EEC, 92/31/EEC and 93/68/EEC.
Conformity is established through compliance with the following standards:
• EN 62040-1-1
• EN 62040-2
Additional information regarding adherence to these directives is included
in the appendices NSR and EMC of the EU Declaration of Conformity.
If required, the EU Declaration of Conformity can be requested from
CHLORIDE.
