5) As soon as the indicator lamp 2 switches from red to green, open the
appliance lid by the handle.
6) Place the food you want to roast/grill on the lower griddle 7.
7) Close the appliance lid using the handle 5.
8) Due to its movable mount, the upper griddle 7 always lies parallel to the
lower griddle 7 even if the food to be grilled is bulky. This guarantees an
optimal grilling result.
9) Check the browning of the food after a short time. To do this, open the
appliance lid using the handle 5.
NOTE
Start with short grilling times and increase these until you have found the
correct duration. For your orientation, please also refer to the section "Food
processing table".
10) Once you are satisfied with the level of browning, remove the food.
CAUTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
Do not use pointed or sharp objects to remove the food. They could damage
the surfaces of the griddles 7!
11) Turn the dial 1 to position "0".
12) Remove the plug from the mains power socket.
Food processing table
The following table will help you by giving you examples of how to process different ingredients.
The information in the table refers to the temperature level "Max". Adjust the recommended
amounts according to the recipe and your individual taste. Depending on the recipe,
ingredients and desired level of browning, you may have to adjust the quantity of ingredients
and the cooking time. If you want to process more than the recommended quantity, divide the
total quantity into several portions and process them individually.
