TD/TD–T
The TD/TD–T automatically stacks (offset or straight) sets produced by the Bourg
Collator System. The machine interfaces with the Collator. On the Tower Collator
Systems only, the TD–T requires a separate electrical power connection. When the
TD/TD–T is full, it will automatically stop the collator from producing sets. The operator
must remove the finished sets and return the trolley to the upper position before
resuming production.
INSTALLATION
Position the TD/TD–T at the delivery end of the collator and secure it in place with the knurled
locking knobs. Connect the ten pin interface cable to the female receptacle in the collator. On
the TD-T only, plug the power cord into a properly grounded electrical wall outlet.
OPERATOR CONTROLS
1.
MAIN POWER. (TD–T only). Located on the control panel on top of the TD-T the switch
will provide power to the TD-T and illuminate when turned "on".

stop the TD-T and also stop the collator from producing sets. The operator must unlock
the switch by rotating the red knob slightly clockwise in order to restart both machines.

straight or offset stacking mode.
