STITCHING HEADS Installation, operation and maintenance can be found in specific instruc-
tion manual supplied with each stitcher unit.

LUBRICATION:
Type of lubrication: SAE 20 oil, Mobil Delivac 1120 or
equivalent.
Frequency of lubrication: Every new wire coil installa-
tion, and before using after an extended period of
non-use.
Points of lubrication: see below
A - Two drops in each slot.
B - Two drops on rotator. Distribute with fingers. (To
lubricate rotato: Wash rotator with solvent and
dry with compressed air. Lubricate as specified).
Before replacing rotator, wipe inside of rotator
holder with new paper towel.
C - One drop on grip release cam surface.
D - One drop in hole to lubricate latch.
E - One drop in each of two holes.
F - One drop between roller and face plate.
G - One drop on cutter operating slide slot.
H - One drop on driver bar cam surface, above
gripper.
I - One drop in oil hole (before lubricating remove
rotator operating spring and rotator operating
cam. Clean rotator operating cam bores and
post. Place cam on post and lubricate through
hole).
J - One drop on Rotator Operating Spring post.
(Before lubricating, wipe post clean).
K - One drop between eccentric roller and plate.
