11.5 Power supply

The stations are supplied with electrical power from a power supply with 24V DC voltage (max. 4 A).
The entire station is supplied with electrical power from the rack PLC.
To avoid voltage drops, the motor controller of the H-gantry must additionally be connected to another
power supply (24 V, 4.5 A) via the 4 mm laboratory cable (already connected to the controller on
delivery). If the complete station and the motor controller is operated with only one power supply, the
motor controller CMMO-ST may have a fault (Logic Voltage low).

11.6 Loading PLC programs

Proceed as described in the user's manuals for the utilized programming software in order to load the PLC
programs.

11.7 Teaching in the locations of the high-bay racking system

During teach-in, the coordinates of the racking system locations are taught in to the station controller (PLC)
(already set up upon shipment from the factory).
Teach-in is only required:
After a collision involving the planar surface gantry
After a mechanical component has been moved or replaced
Setting up network access and the teach-in procedure are described below step by step.
Teaching in rack locations
To connect to the web visualization of the automatic warehouse, an Ethernet connection must be
established with the motor controller and the open-loop control. To do this, the motor controller (CMMO-ST)
connected to the open-loop control (CECC-LK) must be connected to an Ethernet switch. This requires two
additional network cables and an Ethernet switch with at least 4 ports.
