7. Save the position by clicking the "Teach" button.
8. Advance roughly to the first storage location – i.e. travel to the first rack location and advance the
gripper (control the gripper with the "Gripper" buttons).
9. Carefully position the workpiece flush in the storage slot (first storage end position).
10. Save the position by clicking the "Teach" button.
11. Open the gripper and retract it.
12. Press and hold the "Stop" key on the control console for 5 seconds in order to reset the station.
13. Repeat homing.
Teach-in has now been completed.

11.7.1 Start-up prerequisites

The following prerequisites must be fulfilled:
• Visual inspection completed
• Protective devices tested for correct functioning

If any damage is detected, danger of injury may occur during operation.
Malfunctions which may impair safety must be reported to appropriately trained
personnel and eliminated immediately!
