System bus (CAN)
In case of the ECSxA... axis module the communication can take
place with a master system or further controllers via both CAN bus
interfaces (X4 or X14).
MotionBus (CAN)
The term "MotionBus (CAN)" expresses the functionality of the CAN
bus interface X4 for the ECSxS/P/M... axis modules. In these devices
the communication with a master system or further controllers is
exclusively carried out via X4. The parameter setting and the
diagnostics is exclusively executed via the interface X14.
