Safe torque off

The axis modules support the safety function "safe torque off" (formerly "safe
standstill"), "protection against unexpected start−up", according to the
requirements of control category 3 of EN ISO 13849. For this purpose, the axis
modules are equipped with two independent safety routes. Control category 3
is reached when the output signal at X6/SO is checked as well.
