Once the limit has been breached the alarm flashes on the
display and the alarm relay is activated.
The alarm can be deactivated using any button.
The ALARM UNDER LIMIT sets the limit under which an alarm will sound.
This limit must lie between the lower measurement range value of 0 uS/cm and the
bleeding threshold W-. If the lower measurement range value is set then the alarm is
considered to be switched off.
Once the value falls below the limit the alarm flashes on
the display and the alarm relay is activated.
The alarm can be deactivated using any button.
LIMIT ALARM DELAY can be used to delay the alarm by a set time. This is used, e.g., in
order to suppress short-term violations of the threshold caused by conductivity. Values
between 0 and 9999 s can be set.
ALARM REP. can be used to show a deactivated alarm again. The values for the repetition
can be between 0 and 99 min. A repetition is switched off if the value is set to 0.
The MAXIMUM BLEEDING PERIOD states the maximum period for which the bleeding
regulator is allowed to be switched on before an alarm is activated. Values between 0 and
9999 s can be set. Bleeding monitoring is switched off if the value is set at 0 s.
If the maximum bleeding period is exceeded a flashing
alarm is displayed, bleeding is finished and the alarm relay
is activated.
The alarm can be deactivated using any button.
MAX. BIOCIDE INTERRUPT is used to set the time which a biocide metering may be
interrupted. If the Biocide metering is interrupted for longer than the time set then the
BIOCIDE INTERRUPT EXCEEDED alarm sounds the metering is interrupted. The alarm
can be switched off by pressing any button. The setting „0000s" switches monitoring off.
STARTS PRE-CIRCULATION sets the maximum number of tries for the circulation. If the
pre-circulation is interrupted, the pre-circulation time is reset and starts again on the next
attempt at pre-circulation. If the set number of pre-circulation tries is exceeded, the alarm
PRE-CIRCULATION ERROR sounds and the Biocide metering process is stopped. The
alarm can be deactivated using any button.
If ALARM REPETITION is set at „0 min" then monitoring is switched off.
The behavior of the potential free contact in case of an alarm can be set with ALARM
RELAY INVERTED. When not inverted the relay is only activated in the event of an alarm
and deactivated when cancelled or in normal operation. When inverted the alarm relay is
only deactivated in the event of an alarm. When inverted it is possible that the buzzer on
the clamps 20/21 must be clamped in order to avoid acoustic nuisance.
