8.2 - WASHING THE GEARBOX
At least once a year, wash the gearbox.
• Remove the oil from the gearbox;
• Remove the cover from the gearbox;
• Wash the gearbox using suitable solvents;
• Top up the lubricating oil;
• Return the cover of the gearbox.
9 - MALFUNCTION, FAULT, FAILURE, PROBLEM, CAUSE AND
DETECTED FAULT

9.1 - PUTTING OUT OF SERVICE AND DEMOLITION OF THE GARDA EVO
COMBINED GROUP
Before demolishing the combined group, the following materials must be separated:
• lubricating oil;
• rubber and plastic parts;
• cast iron and steel parts;
and disposed of correctly.
Do not dispose of the combined group into the environment.
For disposal of the lubricating oil make use of specialised treatment services.

Decrease the diameter of the output

Disconnect the cardan shaft before
performing any manoeuvre and
replace the gearbox.
Replace the key and where
necessary the rotor and the pinion.
