e) Slave Mode
• If required, push the button MENU until the display is in the main menu.
• Push the button r or s until SLAv is displayed.
• Push the ENTER button for confirmation of your selection.
• The effect light is controlled via the controller of the connected master device in slave mode (display
SLA).
• Push the button MENU until the display is in the main menu again.
Only one device in a master-slave-chain must be defined as master device. All other devices
must be defined as slave devices.
f) Password Protection
A password protection can be set up to protect the LED bar's settings from unauthorised access.
• If required, push the button MENU until the display is in the main menu.
• Push the button r or s until PASd is displayed.
• Push the ENTER button for confirmation of your selection.
• Push the ENTER button again to activate (display on) or deactivate password protection (display oFF).
• Push the ENTER button for confirmation of your selection.
• Push the button MENU until the display is in the main menu again.
• If password protection has been activated, the menu operation is deactivated once the display switches
off automatically.
• The display shows ---- when a button is pushed if password protection is activated. In this case, push the
following sequence r s r s (display I I I I) and then the ENTER button.
This releases the menu operation until the display switches off again. If the wrong button sequence is
entered, the display shows ---- again.
• To revoke password protection again, proceed as described above and select the setting oFF in the menu
PASd.
g) Display of the Software Version
• If required, push the button MENU until the display is in the main menu.
• Push the button r or s until ver is displayed.
• Push the ENTER button.
• The display shows the software version.
• Push the button MENU until the display is in the main menu again.
