Installing the TWdrive software

Installing the TWdrive
software
The TWdrive software can be used, for example, to

create bolting operations and sequence plans on
the PC. These data can then be transferred to the
TWdrive's internal memory and called up there. The
TWdrive menu may also be individually configured.
The following system prerequisites are required for
installation:
 Standard PC (netbook or higher)
 Microsoft Windows XP (32 or 64-bit) or

 Microsoft Windows Vista operating system (32-

EN or 64-bit)
 Microsoft Windows 7 operating system (32- or

64-bit) or
 Microsoft Windows 8 operating system (32- or
®
64-bit) or
 A free USB port
The TWdrive software can be found on the
enclosed data medium. Proceed as follows to install
the TWdrive software (administrator rights
required):

 Use the enclosed data medium for installation.
 If the installation dialogue does not start
automatically, open the Windows Explorer and
double-click onto the "setup.exe" file.
 Select the desired language for installation.

 Click onto "Cancel" to cancel installation.
 Click onto "OK" to confirm the language selection
and continue installation.
The TWdrive set-up wizard starts.
 Click onto "Cancel" to cancel installation.
 To continue installation, click onto "Continue".
The licence agreement must be accepted to
continue installation.
 Click onto the corresponding option field.
 To change settings which have been undertaken,
click onto "Back".
 Click onto "Cancel" to cancel installation.
 To continue installation, click onto "Continue".

Preparing the torque and angle wrench

A target folder for installation is suggested. You
may accept this target folder or select a different
folder.
 Click onto "Browse" to select a different target
folder for installation.
 To change settings which have been undertaken,
click onto "Back".
 Click onto "Cancel" to cancel installation.
 To continue installation, click onto "Continue".
A start menu folder for the programme links is
suggested. You may accept this start menu folder
or select a different folder.
 Click onto "Browse" to select a different start
menu folder for installation.
 To change settings which have been undertaken,
click onto "Back".
 Click onto "Cancel" to cancel installation.
 To continue installation, click onto "Continue".
