Double set-point management
The DSP accessory can be used to connect a selector in order to switch
between two set-points. Connect the cables coming from the double Set-
Point selector to the terminal corresponding to DSP on the machine ter-
minal block (see wiring diagram).

Domestic hot water diverter valve control (CACS)
Consent for the domestic hot water diverter valve CACS can be mana-
ged either with the temperature probe or digital contact. Change the re-
lative software parameters according to the selected DHW management
control (see Electronic Control Manual). The logic for the digital contact
is the following:

RC100/DS (RC100/DS) consent management
The RC100 recovery unit or DS desuperheater consent can be mana-
ged with digital contact. Connect the cables coming from the RC100 or
DS selector to the terminal corresponding to RC100/DS on the machine
terminal block.

LBG – LCF1 – LCF2 remote control
To remotely control the two signals, connect the two lamps according to
the instructions provided in the wiring diagram supplied with the machine.
KPE1-KPE2-KPR1-KPR2-VACS controls management
To manage the evaporator pump controls with consent in voltage 230Vac
(KPE1-KPE2), recovery unit pump with consent in voltage 230Vac
(KPR1-KPR2) and domestic hot water diverter valve control with consent
in voltage 230Vac and maximum load 0.5A AC1, following the indications
in the wiring diagram supplied with the unit.
Remote management using accessories supplied loose
It is possible to remote control the entire machine by linking a second
keyboard to the one built into the machine (KTR accessory). Use and
installation of the remote control systems are described in the Instruction
Sheets provided with the same.

The units are tested in the factory, where they are also calibrated and the
default parameter settings are put in. These guarantee that the applian-
is carried out in the factory and should never be altered.
IMPORTANT!
If a unit is used for the production of low temperature water, check the adjustment
of the thermostatic valve.
Start-up procedure
DANGER!
Always use the mains switch to isolate the unit from the mains before carrying
out any maintenance work on the unit, even if it is for inspection purposes only.
Make sure that no one supplies power to the machine accidentally; lock the
master switch in zero position.
Before starting the unit, perform the following checks.
the data plate and/or the wiring diagram and it must fall within the
following limits required in section "Electrical connections" :
the electrical supply system must be able to supply adequate current
and be suitably sized to handle the load;
open the electric panel and make sure the terminals of the power sup-
ply and of the contactors are tight (they may have come loose during
transport, which could lead to malfunctions);
Electrical connections must be made in compliance with the local instal-
lation standards in force in the place where the unit is installed, and with
the instructions in the wiring diagram provided with the unit.
