on a level, uncluttered and
heat-resistant surface.

prepare crêpes, not for any

18. Place the appliance on a dry,
firm and heat resistant sur-
face. In case of doubt, use
a heat resistant plate under
the appliance.
19. Make sure that the lead cable
does not hang over the edge
of the worktop or table, since
this can cause accidents, for
example if small children
pull on the cable.
20. Route the lead cable or the
extension lead used so that
it is prevented from being
pulled or tripped over.
