Before each fault elimination:

Possible faults

Remedy
 Charge the Li- ion battery
not
inserted
 Check whether the lithium battery has engaged audibly.
 Allow the lithium battery to warm up/cool down
 Have the battery, motor or switch checked / repaired by a
licensed electrician or customer service or replaced by
original spare parts.
 Contact the customer service
 Chain must be regrinded or exchanged
 Exchange chain
 Check and adjust chain tension
 Assemble chain again
 Charge the Li-Ion battery (manual battery "Charging the
battery"
